A business model you believe can scale beyond trading hours for revenue
An innovative edge — product, process, market insight, or technology that gives you an advantage
Technology involved in how you build, deliver, or grow (software, platforms, automation, or digital systems)
Ready to adopt AI tools to work smarter, serve customers better, and scale responsibly
Building on the side while employed is welcome — what matters is commitment to the venture
Open to founders in Rwanda and abroad — foreigners can apply and become members
Ready for the fully online 8-week bootcamp, remote cohort work, and in-person events when they happen
Must pass an online video interview before becoming a member
A fit with the founder qualities we look for — see below
The founder qualities we look for
Members are startup founders — not spectators. We look for ventures that can scale, ideas with a real innovative advantage, technology in the stack, and founders who are ready to adopt AI. You should show up — on camera, online, and at events — whether you are full-time on your startup or building alongside a day job. Every applicant has an online video interview before joining.
Startup founder — building a venture you intend to grow, not just a hobby project
Scalable business — a model that can grow without every new customer costing you another hour
Innovative advantage — a clear edge in product, process, market insight, or technology
Tech-involved — software, platforms, automation, or digital systems are part of how you build
AI-ready — open to adopting AI tools to work smarter and serve customers better
Hardworking — you put in the reps between sessions and ship in the real world
Coachable — curious about other founders' paths and honest about your own gaps
Not shy of the camera — comfortable being seen, pitching, and documenting the journey
Remote-ready — productive in online cohorts and virtual mentor sessions
Growth-minded — decisions driven by customers, margins, systems, and long-term scale
