KBL Event Code of Conduct

Keynus Blueprint Launch (KBL) events — retreats, dinners, visits, and trips — must stay safe, lawful, and respectful. We operate in Rwanda and follow Rwandan law at all times. Breaking the law or this code puts the whole platform at risk.

What we expect from every attendee

  • Treat hosts, staff, mentors, and other founders with respect.
  • Follow venue rules, park regulations, and local customs.
  • Participate in good faith — no harassment, discrimination, or intimidation.
  • Report safety concerns or incidents to a KBL organiser immediately.
  • Consent to photography and content only within the terms you accept at registration.

Prohibited at KBL events

  • Illegal drugs, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia.
  • Unauthorised weapons, fireworks, or dangerous items.
  • Excessive alcohol consumption that endangers yourself or others.
  • Smoking or vaping where venue or park rules prohibit it.
  • Theft, vandalism, or damage to venue or host company property.
  • Any activity that violates Rwandan law — including public order, wildlife, immigration, and traffic regulations.

Alcohol and substance use

  • Where alcohol is served, drink responsibly and respect age limits under Rwandan law.
  • KBL does not tolerate illegal substance use at any event.
  • Organisers may remove anyone impaired or in possession of prohibited items without refund.

Consequences

  • Removal from the event and suspension or termination of KBL membership.
  • Reporting to venue security or Rwandan authorities when required by law.
  • No refund for removal due to conduct violations.

KBL is not a law firm. This code supports lawful operations — obtain advice from qualified Rwandan legal and tax professionals for your entity, contracts, and event permits.

Staying compliant as KBL

Use this operational checklist so Keynus Blueprint Launch always operates within Rwandan law. Review it before every event and major program launch.

  • Register the business entity and confirm tax (RRA) obligations with a qualified adviser.
  • Use written terms for membership, bootcamp, events, and retreats — linked from this site.
  • Publish and enforce the Event Code of Conduct; brief attendees before each in-person experience.
  • Obtain venue permits, park entry, and transport approvals where required.
  • Vet suppliers (venues, transport, catering) and keep contracts on file.
  • Train staff and volunteers on incident reporting and safeguarding.
  • Never present general mentorship as licensed legal, financial, or investment advice.
  • Collect only necessary personal data; honour privacy requests.
  • Document sponsorships and commercial relationships transparently.
  • Escalate any law enforcement contact or serious incident to leadership immediately.
